All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Processing is done Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Expect slight delays during holidays, sales, or peak times.
  • Orders placed after hours begin processing the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time varies based on destination. Here are the estimates:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 5–7 business days.
  • International Shipping: 10–25 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues may occur. Use your tracking number for live updates.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may apply to eligible orders and will appear at checkout.
  • Express delivery options are available for an added cost.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable after dispatch.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Track your shipment anytime on our Track Your Order page.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in our shipping fees.

  • All customs fees and VAT are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • If you refuse delivery due to customs, a refund may be issued minus the return cost.
  • LovildsSale is not liable for customs-related delays.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Though rare, if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we will help coordinate with the carrier to resolve it.

  • First, check with your neighbors or local delivery office.
  • Lost or stolen packages require a claim with the courier.
  • If damaged, retain all packaging and notify us right away.

7. Address Errors & Delivery Failures

LovildsSale is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  • If your order hasn’t been processed, we can update your address. Contact us immediately.
  • If already shipped, you’ll need to retrieve the package or place a new order.

8. Returned Packages

If your package is returned due to delivery failure or unpaid customs, you may choose:

  • Reshipment: Pay the cost of reshipping.
  • Refund: Receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.
